The hotels ended special room rates on Friday, July 16th, but will be happy to take your reservation at their usual rate if they have availability.

Travel Information

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the primary airport serving the Nashville area. It provides nonstop service to numerous destinations.

BNA is 7 miles from downtown Nashville or a quick 10-minute drive. A one-way fare in a taxi is about $25. Shared ride service is about $20.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
These are the only official hotel associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.  Our official housing call-in number and website are through the hotel chains directly. The hotel will not solicit you to make a reservation.
