CRA Certificates
Replacement CRA certificates (the off-white and gold certificates that are sent in new CRA packets) are available. Fill out the
online form and your certificate will be mailed to you.
Facility Certificates
Official certificates can be hung in patient areas certifying that the facility has shown a commitment to excellence by employing a CRA. If you have not received your certificate or would like additional certificates for multiple patient areas, simply fill out the
online form and your certificate(s) will be mailed to you.
Custom Framing
Framing Success can produce customized frames and matting that fit both CRA Certificates and Facility CRA Certificatess. View the

CRA Merchandise
CRA logo caps, shirts, and other merchandise now available
