AHRA’s Live CRA Exam Workshop
AHRA’s Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Exam Workshop is designed to facilitate attendees’ study and preparation for the CRA Exam. The course reviews each domain covered in the exam — fiscal management, human resource management, operations management, asset management, and communication and information management. It focuses on areas to study as well as provides references and direction to other resources. Attendees should use the course to identify their respective areas of strength and weakness. Completion of the Workshop will help channel attendees in their foundation of study for the CRA Exam.
The updated Live Virtual CRA Exam Workshop will be held on September 17 & 18.

Pre-orders for all five (5) of the updated AHRA Professional Development in Medical Imaging Textbooks will go live on Monday, August 3, and the official books will be released in mid-September. Pre-ordering, ensures you'll receive a copy in time to study for the fall CRA exam.
The September 2026 editions feature updated content and improved alignment to the current exam blueprint. These updated editions are the official references used for the Certified Radiology Administrator certification exam.
Please note: Candidates using the current Professional Development Textbook Series will still be studying the core knowledge and competencies assessed on the exam. Candidates should not delay studying while waiting for the new editions.

The CRA program is developed and administered by the RACC, which serves as a separate and autonomous functional body responsible for the examination and certification of radiology administrators. As such, the RACC does not author or endorse study or reference materials for the exam.
